HOW DO I GET SOMETHING DELIVERED?

Once you have found a product on Street Rhino that you wish to purchase, simply add it to your shopping basket and go through the checkout process.

WHERE CAN I GET IT DELIVERED TO?

All goods can be delivered either to your home address, to your work address or to an alternative address of your choosing.

For deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, there may be slightly longer delivery lead-times.

Your order will be delivered by UK Mail (or a courier assigned by UK Mail).

If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Not a penny if you are in mainland UK and using our standard delivery service unfortunately we have to add a small charge if you are outside the UK. Prices are dependent on where you wish to have the product delivered to.

We do offer a next day delivery of £5.95 on certain items, this will clearly be shown in the product detail page and the checkout.

WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

Free Standard delivery of stocked items is normally within 3-5 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

Some items are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and may incur a longer delivery lead-time.

For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 12:30pm at the very latest but is only available on certain products.

Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives they will attempt to deliver to an immediate neighbour. The courier will leave a card advising where the parcel has been delivered to or if they have been unable to deliver they will make two further attempts and leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations may take longer.

Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may, on occasion be made separately.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT INFORMATION REGARDING MY DELIVERY?

All of our deliveries are tracked and have a tracking number assigned to them. This allows us to be able to provide you with any information regarding the progress of your order.

RESTRICTIONS ON ORDERING AND DELIVERY

All goods are subject to availability.

Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.
