The CTEK MXS 10EC is a professional-grade 12V battery charger designed for demanding workshop use. A modified version of the standard MXS 10, it features a longer, heavy-duty output cable with durable hard-wired battery clamps, and a protective silicon rubber bumper for added durability in busy environments. Ideal for workshops, caravans, motorhomes, boats, and cars, the MXS 10EC offers state-of-the-art charging technology and versatility for a wide range of 12V lead-acid batteries, including WET, MF, Ca/Ca, AGM, and GEL types.

This fully automatic 8-step charger delivers 10A to batteries from 20–200Ah and includes battery diagnosis, a reconditioning function for deeply discharged or stratified batteries, unique maintenance charging, and a temperature sensor for optimised charging under all conditions. The power supply mode allows the battery to be disconnected without losing important vehicle configurations. Its IP65-rated, splash- and dust-proof casing protects vehicle electronics, and the charger is non-sparking, reverse polarity protected, and short-circuit proof. The clear display enables easy monitoring of the entire charging process.
