The CTEK MXTS 40 is a professional battery charging, maintenance and power support station designed for 12V and 24V vehicle workshops and showrooms. It combines rapid multi-step charging with electronic protection features and selectable constant-voltage settings for applications where maintaining a stable voltage is important.
The charger provides 40A output at 12V and 20A at 24V, supporting 12V batteries from 20–1200Ah and 24V batteries from 10–600Ah.
For workshop and diagnostic applications, the MXTS 40 provides selectable constant-voltage settings designed to help prevent voltage fluctuations during ECU programming. An easy-to-read OLED display provides key charging information, including current, voltage and amp-hours charged, while an eight-step charging progress display makes it easy to monitor the charging process.
A Recond programme is included for reconditioning deeply discharged batteries, while the integrated temperature sensor helps compensate for cold conditions for optimised charging.
Built for demanding workshop environments, the MXTS 40 features a heavy-duty polycarbonate housing and electronic safety systems including reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit protection and spark-free operation.
The charger can also be used with the optional CTEK Wall Hanger PRO and Trolley PRO for more secure storage and easier portability.
