Rain-X Rain Repellent 200ml is a water-repellent glass treatment designed to improve visibility through your windscreen and side windows in wet weather.

Applied to the exterior of automotive glass, Rain-X changes the way water interacts with the treated surface, encouraging rain droplets to bead together and roll away more easily as you drive. This helps maintain clearer visibility during rain, sleet and snow.

The water-repellent treatment also helps reduce the tendency for dirt, mud and insects to stick to treated glass, helping keep your windscreen cleaner between washes.

Its compact 200ml bottle is convenient for keeping in the car or garage for routine treatment and touch-ups. Rain-X can be applied to suitable exterior automotive glass including windscreens and side windows following the supplied application instructions.

Important: Do not use Rain-X Rain Repellent on plastic surfaces such as motorcycle visors, ATV screens or Plexiglas windows.

Material suitability should be confirmed before application where the surface type is uncertain.

How to Use

• Clean and thoroughly dry the glass before treatment.
• Ensure the application temperature is above 4°C.
• Spray or pour Rain-X Rain Repellent onto a small, folded, dry cloth.
• Apply to the outside of the windscreen using vigorous circular movements, overlapping treated areas to achieve full coverage.
• Allow the product to dry. A white haze may form on the glass.
• Apply a second treatment to help achieve complete and even coverage.
• Remove the remaining film using a dry cloth. Alternatively, spray water onto the surface and wipe away the film using a paper towel.
